There has been a lot of discussion recently about the 2009 Pontiac G8 colors. It’s been confirmed that four new colors will be added to the 2009 line-up and that two colors, Ignition Orange Metallic (77U) and Stealth Blue Metallic (25U), will definitely be expired at the end of the 2008 model year.
One of the most popular colors of the 2008 Pontiac G8 is Magnetic Gray Metallic (18U). It’s been rumored that MGM will expire midway through the 2009 model year, causing a lot of debate on some of the Pontiac G8 forums.
G8 Nation has learned that the decision to drop Magnetic Gray Metallic (18U) has not been finalized. There seems to be an internal debate at Pontiac with some saying that it will expire in mid 2009 while others are advocating that it remain for the entire model year.
If you’re really set on purchasing a 2009 Magnetic Gray Metallic (18U) G8, we suggest you play it safe and take delivery before November.
