Virginia Motorsports Park was recently host to a quarter mile challenge that pinned a 1966 GTO against a 2008 Pontiac G8 GT. VMP Marketing Director, Ron Henaghan made a challenge to the world famous GeeTO Tiger to see what the 42 year old muscle car could do against Henaghan’s brand new Stealth Blue Metallic 2008 G8 GT.
High Performance Pontiac won’t publish the results of the race on their Web site but promises to publish it in the next issue of their magazine. Hmmmm….we know that the GeeTO Tiger has a ¼ mile best of 10.53 @ 125 MPH and we’re assuming that the G8 GT is stock…..I think we all know who won.
